On January 20^th, the college held the 2021 Annual Summary and Commendation & Newcomer-welcoming ceremony in the lecture hall of Student Activity Center, Chengguan Campus. The leadership of the College & the Party and the staff attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Ding Shaochun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee.

Dean Liu Bin comprehensively summarized the annual work in 2021. The cadres and staff of the College (Hospital) on their own posts had jointly propelled the rapid progress in teaching and scientific research, talent training, medical and health care, social services, and other aspects of the College (Hospital).

In order to set a good model who can play an exemplary and leading role and motivate staff to forge ahead with full spirit of enthusiasm, 80 individuals were highly commended with outstanding achievements in teaching, scientific research, medical treatment and anti-pandemic dedication in 2021, and the cadres presented awards with a medal.

In 2021, there were 42 new staff joined in the College (Hospital). Six seniors, including Professor Kang Hong, Professor Yu Zhanhai, Chief Physician Li Zhige, Professor Ren Liling, Professor Zhao Yuan, Chief physician Zhang Kaili, put up hospital badges on the new employees’chests, to demonstrate passing down the heritage of the spirit of the College (Hospital) ‘Perfection, Sincerity, Goodness and Beauty’.

Li Liuhao, secretary of the party committee of the College (Hospital), extended warm congratulations to the staff who received the commendation in his summary, and expressed his wholehearted thanks to the cadres and staff for their hard work over the past year. Furthermore, he pointed out that in 2022, the College (Hospital) should focus on internal-strength-buildup, improving the quality of services, improving ability and efficiency, and as well as strengthening other aspects such as teaching, scientific research, medical care, social services, and inheriting organization’s culture. In the end, he summarized that only hard work leads to success, and the cadres at all levels must brace up bravely to take responsibility, face up to difficulties, and work shoulder by shoulder to make greater contributions to the advanced development of the College (Hospital).
